Neuroscience now explains how our head brains can contribute neuronal strength to our attempts to stay present, while our heart-brain feeds information about how good being present feels.

Because I found a way to heal from severe PTSD (held hostage for 3 days when I was 16), and because this defies all medical knowledge, my joy is in sharing paths that have helped me. Learning through meditation, dreams, journaling, bodywork to release old emotions and patterns allows me to participate in the ever-present gift of life.
