I am Charlotte Furlow, aka Chef Lottie the author of A Scrumptious Taste of Kenya and a Juris Doctor Honours Law Degree Graduate. I was inspired to write this book to share some delicious East African recipes passed down to me, so you too can enjoy these healthy and heartfelt scrumptious meals, cooked with love and passion.
