BILL FORTIN served in the United States Army, 3rd Armored Division, from 1968 to 1970. He retired from 'Bell Labs' in 2001, former CEO of IBS INC, and is currently the CEO of Cold War Publications. Bill earned a Bachelor and Master degrees in Management Sciences from the University of Baltimore.

A native of Maryland, Bill is an active member of Rotary and retains membership and is on the BOD of the Association of the 3rd. Armor Division. He is married to Judy and is surrounded by a host of 4-legged children (mostly Border Collies).
