Ronald Fahrenholz II was born in Dayton, Ohio. He majored in psychology at Ashworth University and developed skills as a Christian counselor at the Christian Leadership Institution and the American Institute of Health Care Professionals. As a Christian Life Coach, Ronald became a certified DISC Personality Consultant and he developed a unique way to guide people to serve as a member of the Body of Christ.
